Microcosm is now officially 10 years old! Yay! We are having a birthday party and skill share to celebrate on March 10-12.
We are trying to create a fun and relevant weekend. Please bring your games, party hats, and enthusiasm.
* Friday - Joe Biel (Perfect Mix Tape Segue), Dave Roche (On Subbing), Cindy Crabb (Doris), Cristy Road (Indestructible/Green Zine), and Living Room: space and place in infoshop culture
* Saturday night - "From Zine to Screen" featuring readings by Alex Wrekk, Steve Gevurtz, Keith Rosson, and Kate Lopresti.

* Saturday and Sunday afternoons - skillshare workshops related to all facets of DIY. Including building community, Making Panier Buckets (Joe Biel), Basic bicycle maintenience (Kim Fern), Map Making (Marc Moscato), Cake making (Webly Bowles), Silkscreening, Running a Bookstore, Basic Pamphlet Binding, Crocheting & Craft, DIY Health, Beer Brewing, and more. * People are encouraged to bring their own projects to table/buy/sell/trade. We'll have tables available for a $5-10 per day donation to Liberty Hall.
