"I may be given the opportunity to rent in a lovely house that has 6 great apts. in it at SE 14th and SE Main, blocks from Sweet Pea! The apt. is bungalow style and is a two bedroom. If I converted the office space for my bedroom and two other people took the two back bedrooms our rent would be split between us (1050 total {350$ each} plus split utilities which I am told are gas and electric and are usually a total of $50 a month, which would also be split three ways). It is huge and gorgeous! It has a back and front porch and is on the second floor. I have four older cats and am SUPER clean about them. Get in touch ASAP if you are responsible, have money to move, and want to live with indoor only cats who are low key.
