SAVE THE WORLD IN 30 SECONDS

I was told to post this:

"SAVE THE WORLD IN 30 SECONDS...or at least give us a running start...
WARPED ECO has been lucky enough to be entered to win $10,000 to increase the scope of the program for 2009. We just need your vote,ASAP!!!
If you would take 30 seconds out of your time to register and vote it would be incredibly appreciated. We were able to divert over 40,000 pounds of recyclables from the waste stream this summer, hosted the nation's only fully solar powered touring stage, educated countless youth and our total Eco efforts resulted in a carbon reduction of over 700,000 lbs. With this grant we would aim to double our efforts!

Being the longest running music festival in the world,Warped Tour aims to set an example to other national tours and venues showcasing how easy it is to integrate sustainable eco-friendly practices on the road and at home. We are working to transform the way the music industry approaches touring.

The Warped Eco Initiative > needs your help in order to expand our environmental awesomeness and win a $10,000 grant from Ideablob!

Here's how to help us out:
Click here to access the "Warped Eco Initiative: Change is a Sound" Ideablob page
Click the "Vote!" icon on the right hand side of the page
If you do not have an Ideablob account, you need to register but it only takes a few worthwhile seconds!
Activate your account via an email sent to your registered email account
VOTE!
So, what do we plan on doing with the money if we win? First and foremost, we want to further develop our relationship with the Warped Tour fans and the Warped Eco Initiative. This will be made possible by way of more environmental literature ranging from water quality to alternative energy to consumption issues, daily on-site educational experiences, solar powered band performances, volunteer opportunities, recycled art pieces, eco-friendly products, and the like. We will also expand our "eco adventure" program which gives bands the opportunity to learn about humans' impact on the natural environment, sustainable living practices, and degrading ecosystems then, in turn, extend that knowledge to you!

The future is bright for us and we need your help getting there! Please take a few seconds out of your day to vote for the Warped Eco Initiative on Ideablob!"
